I traveled to Guinea Bissau West Africa in February of 2023. I had discovered through African Ancestry DNA testing that I am from the Fula Tribe there. The trip was completely documented in my blog My Soul's Journey Home. I also, visited Egypt and cruised the Nile during that visit to the Motherland.

Quincy is a rescue I adopted during the pandemic while living in Mexico. He brings me so much joy. This book was written during a very dark time in my life. It’s all about making friends. Quincy has his own You Tube Channel too called, Quincy’s Corner.
